A lovely older lady ahead of me (who is obviously not raising a 2 year old anymore) turned around and announced, “Looks like she needs her grandmother.”\u00a0 I just sighed, gave a very tired (slightly annoyed) smile, and said, “Wouldn’t that be nice.”\u00a0 Then she looked at AnnaLeigh, who was still on the ground, and said, “Call your grandmother, honey.”\u00a0 I just had to pick my flailing child up and walk away.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Fav Selfless Act:<\/strong> My sweet husband is an early riser to say the least.\u00a0 He wakes up at 4:00 am most mornings.\u00a0 It’s truly unbelievable.\u00a0 It’s always been a joke in our house that our lights are only off 2-3 hours a night.\u00a0 I go to bed at 2, and he’s up at 4.\u00a0 Well, my sweet 75 year old husband (that’s what his sleeping habits are like) has been just as messed up as the kids by Daylight Savings Time.\u00a0 He woke up at his regular time Monday and Tuesday, which is 3:00 am now.\u00a0 For some strange reason he absolutely cannot go back to sleep.\u00a0 Well, I’m thankful he used his extra time so wisely and folded about 5 loads of clothes that were on our couch (that his wife had been too lazy to fold).\u00a0 I woke up and decided I would fold them so my family could actually sit in our den, and to my surprise they were already folded.\u00a0 It was a Christmas miracle!\u00a0 I love my sweet husband!\u00a0 I hate laundry<\/a>!\u00a0 It was a wonderful surprise!<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"http:\/\/therealhousewife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/meres-apple-pies1.jpg\" "\\"mere's")
