A new year, a new chance to be a new person.\u00a0 It seems like every year (since birth) I’ve had the same New Year’s Resolutions.<\/h2>\n

#1 Stop picking my fingernails<\/h2>\n

#2 Get organized<\/h2>\n

#3 Stay organized<\/h2>\n

#4 Go to bed earlier<\/h2>\n

#5 Eat better or exercise (I see no need for both)<\/h2>\n

Every.Single.Year!!!<\/h2>\n

Since I have obviously failed miserably every year, I’ve decided to go to the root of the problem…TV!\u00a0 My New Year’s Resolution is simple this year…NO TV!\u00a0 I have a few exceptions, but simply said, I am not allowed to touch the remote.\u00a0 In order to set an attainable goal, I’ve committed to no TV for the month of January.<\/h2>\n

If I cut out the useless, mind-numbing, waste of time that fills my head with nothing positive, I will have time to blog, to sleep, to play “words with friends”<\/span>, to exercise, to spend time with my husband, to do laundry, and to be the kind of mom my babies need.<\/h2>\n

For the past 3 years we’ve made New Year’s Pancakes.\u00a0 We looked a little rough this morning.\u00a0 Okay, a lot rough!<\/h2>\n
