Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This is a regular item at our house.\u00a0 I make banana bread as often as I can, but as quickly as we eat bananas, I can&#8217;t make it often enough.\u00a0 I stole this recipe from my sister-in-law (Kara) YEARS ago, and I use it to make Banana <em><strong>or<\/strong><\/em> Zucchini Bread.\u00a0 They are interchangeable.\u00a0 This recipe is the <strong><em>not-low-fat<\/em><\/strong> version. :)\u00a0 I am going to make Zucchini Bread in the next week or so with my <em>healthy <\/em>version of this recipe&#8230;so you will have them both.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ingredients&#8230;very basic.\u00a0 The most important ingredient is the <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">rotten<\/span> very ripe bananas.\u00a0 If they are not ripe enough, they will form hard clumps in your banana bread that don&#8217;t taste good.\u00a0 The ripe bananas give it a rich banana flavor and make banana bread so moist and delicious!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Other than bananas you need&#8230;Flour, Sugar, Oil, Eggs, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda (you will not need the two small loaf pans, 6-8 mini loaf pans, <strong><em>or <\/em><\/strong>lots o&#8217; muffins.\u00a0 make whatever you want.\u00a0 I like to make either 2 large loaves or one large loaf and 4 mini loaves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Instead of greasing and FLOURING the pans, I grease and SUGAR the pans.\u00a0 I find that it serves the same purpose, but instead of there being a flour crust, there&#8217;s a little crunchy sugar crust.\u00a0 Much better! (Tip I learned from my sister)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ideally, you should have 2 pans that are the same shape, size, and color.\u00a0 I do not.\u00a0 It works for me.\u00a0 If your world needs 2 pans that are the same, I&#8217;m sure &#8220;the Wal-marts&#8221;
