\"\"<\/a>Thank you for being a woman of wisdom and integrity, a woman committed to the Lord and committed to making our family work.\u00a0 Thank you teaching us to stand up for what we believe in, to serve others, to share, to care.\u00a0 Thank you for talking to us.\u00a0 Thank you for PRAYING for us and with us!\u00a0 Thank you for crying at everything (because now I do it, too!).<\/p>\n

Thank you for putting up with ME!\u00a0 (surely that sweet face didn’t make you crazy…surely.)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I DO NOT know how you did it, as you worked full time and had a husband that traveled all week, every week.\u00a0 This “mother” gig isn’t so easy.\u00a0 I thought I was easy to raise.\u00a0 Now that I am raising myself (Lilly Katherine), I might have been a little more of a challenge than I thought, and I am sorry.\u00a0 I know you and God get a big kick out of that!.\u00a0 I realize more every day that you are an amazing mother and you actually did know what you were talking about (most of the time). :)<\/p>\n

I am thankful for you!\u00a0 I love you, Mama!\u00a0 Happy Mother’s Day!<\/p>\n

  1. Every piece of furniture that you see is still currently being used.<\/li>\n
  2. I have a rockin’ mullet<\/li>\n
  3. Though it looks like I’m saying “Heeeeey, Sic ’em Bears,” I am likely about to hit that poor bear as I can tell my mother is saying, “Kate, don’t be ugly.”<\/li>\n
  4. I don’t know why my daughters are feisty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
