regular meal at our house.\u00a0 It&#8217;s healthy, easy, and the whole family loves it.<\/p>\n<p>AnnaLeigh calls it soup and eats every bite.<\/p>\n<p>Lilly Katherine always says, &#8220;I&#8217;ve never had that before.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t think I like it.&#8221;\u00a0 Every.Single.Time.\u00a0 Crazy girl almost always loves it.\u00a0 Sometimes she acts like she hates it, but most of the time she eats it all.\u00a0 And sometimes it&#8217;s her favorite.\u00a0 What can I say, she&#8217;s a woman! :)<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s really pretty simple and quick.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t let the list of ingredients scare you.\u00a0 It has great flavor.\u00a0 Lots of veggies, and it makes a pretty good amount of food.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>(Complete recipe is at the pepper.\u00a0 I use whatever bell peppers I have on hand.\u00a0 I usually use half a green, half a red.\u00a0 This time, I used half of each, an orange, red, and yellow.<\/p>\n<p><a don&#8217;t have a fresh tomato, you can use a can of diced tomatoes, but there&#8217;s nothing better than fresh ingredients if you have them.<\/p>\n<p><a bell peppers to the green.\u00a0 They are a little sweeter and not as bell-peppery.<\/p>\n<p><a Etouffee<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Onion<\/li>\n<li>1 to 1 1\/2 Bell Peppers<\/li>\n<li>2-3 Ribs Celery<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (or 1 tsp Dried Parsley)<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Flour<\/li>\n<li>1 (10 oz) Can Beef Broth<\/li>\n<li>1 Large Tomato<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Dried Oregano<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Thyme<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Tony Chachere&#8217;s Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 Cup Water<\/li>\n<li>1 LB Shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/li>\n<li>Rice (to serve with the Etouffee)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chop Onion, Bell Pepper, and Celery.\u00a0 Saute in Olive Oil until tender.\u00a0 Stir in flour.
